Adoption here was such an easy process! We were able to pick out a puppy online, and then come to pick him up. Everyone at Charlotte Dog Club was so kind to work with, and we were able to come and play with our puppy before taking him home with us. The puppy starter kits are a lifesaver for us first time dog owners!

My wife and I got our Ruby about 3-4 weeks ago and we are so pleased with our decision. The Charlotte Dog Club has been awesome and they are great to work with. They call to follow up on Ruby and see if there is any assistance they can provide. They have been so helpful and we do not regret at all our new addition to our family.

I would highly recommend reaching out to them if you want to adopt a new puppy as they are a wonderful group of people and treat each puppy as if it were their own.

We brought home a new mini goldendoodle from the Charlotte Dog Club and couldn’t be happier. From the constantly updated website to always being able to get in touch with someone on the phone, this place is the real deal. You’ll pay more here than some places but the 10 year health warranty and trusted responsible breeders made it worth it for us. Also, this was the only place in NC that we didn’t have to go on a wait list. From the time we started looking until the day we brought our pup home was 5 days. We would definitely recommend this place.

This is our first dog as a family and the team here could NOT have been better. They helped us and educated us on everything! The process, end-to-end has been fantastic!! We have one child with special needs, so our questions were intense but they were so patient and kind as well as interacting with us and our children.

We are OVER the moon with Quince as our newest member of our family.
